Combine conversations function not limited to same sender

Currently it is only possible to combine tickets from the same sender (email address). Our agents would like the option to search on tickets and then combine. The email address/contact details from the current ticket should become leading.

  • Henk Tompot Thank you for your feedback. The way you can combine multiple contacts under one profile and thus have an overview of all the contact moments with this specific profile technically allows this. Is there a reason this way doesn't work for you?
