All replies in a ticket are suddenly closed, need to open them manually now

Since a few weeks functionality has changed by Trengo.

In an existing ticket all existing replies are closed now and to see all existing replies you need to click them manually open.

Before you could read the entire ticket when you opened the ticket.

This cost us time to open all 10 existing replies to see what the ticket is about. Trengo tells me me that there is a better overview now but its not!!! We need to see all the reply-text when we open the ticket. They also mention is has been done to improve performance. Again I disagree.

What is your opinion about this ?

We will look for another solution if this is not solved (they tell me this is how it works from now on)
