Link chatbot to working hours.

If possible, it would be very useful to be able to have the chatbot filter chats based on time. So within business hours you can pick up chats yourself and outside those hours, the chatbot takes over.

  • Hi Dion! Are you specifically willing to do this with the Chatbot? Because if you choose to work with our advanced Flowbot, it is achievable to do this using our Rules with the action "Set Flowbot".
