Tag whole team at once

Might be a nice feature to tag a whole team at once.

For now we have to tag everytime the same 4 people to share information. Would be nicer to tag the whole team at once.

So for example; 1 tag the whole team and everyone receives the tag and click on the checkmark when read, like it is right now.

So it can be a shortcode or something like the distribution list in outlook.
