When forwarding an email in Trengo with an attachment (invoice), a part of "Send and close" does not work properly.
Sending works, but does not close. After sending, the conversation is not closed yet. This is then again manual processing.

Tamara Berner An original mail with invoice to trengo must be forwarded and closed immediately. Trengo does not close the conversation.
Gerbrand Boertien If an e-mail is forwarded by hand, a new ticket will be created for the forwarding mesage. Hence, the original ticket will be seen as a different feature.
You can choose to automatically forward conversations using our rules and in that case, you'll have the ability to add a second action to the Rule "Close ticket".
